The cage is real – So is the exit

What If There Are No Conspiracies?

What if there is no hidden “them” controlling humanity from behind the scenes?

What if the sense of confinement I experience does not come from external oppression, but from an internal structure — a cage built slowly from beliefs, survival strategies, and trauma responses that once helped me cope?

And what if, instead of meeting that truth directly, I externalize it?
Blaming systems, ideologies, elites, or abstract enemies becomes easier than sitting with the uncomfortable realization that my inner world shapes how I perceive the outer one.

This, to me, feels like the real mimic loop of the modern age — especially within contemporary spirituality.

Not possession.
Not hijacking.
Not some dark force pulling the strings.
But repetition.

Old patterns replaying themselves under new names. Trauma expressing itself as certainty. Coping mechanisms disguised as awakening. Identity replacing inquiry.

Nothing is actually stealing my agency.
I am simply invited — again and again — to notice where I am recycling myself instead of meeting what is unresolved.

And in that noticing, there is no blame.
Only responsibility.

And the possibility of real freedom.
